Refund & Return Policy

We hope your purchase brings you joy! But if it doesn’t fully meet your expectations, we’ve made the return process simple and straightforward for your convenience.


  • Customers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their order on within 24 hours of making the purchase.
  • Kindly note that a transaction fee will be applied if a refund is requested between 24 hours after placing the order and before delivery has been completed (4.5% for credit card users, 4.5% for PayPal users).
  • Cancellation of orders is not possible after 30 days from their dispatch.


  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if more than 30 days have passed since you received your purchase. We provide a refund or a one-time free replacement for any items with quality issues within 30 days of delivery. However, discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Please note that if the return is due to dissatisfaction with the product, the customer will need to cover both the delivery shipping cost and the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a quality issue with the product, the customer will need to cover the return shipping cost.
  • Should your order have been dispatched and you decide to return it, please make sure to accept the delivery first. Then, contact our support team at [email protected] for instructions on how to proceed with the return. Be advised that rejecting the shipment may result in a double shipping fee being deducted from your refund.

Return Process

  • To begin the return process, please contact our support team. Provide them with proof of purchase, like an invoice.
  • Once you get in touch, they will guide you on how to safely pack the products for return. Make sure to include all components in the package.


  • After we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 14 business days. An email will be sent to you once your refund is processed. If you do not receive the refund within 14 business days, please reach out to us at [email protected].
