Refund & Return Policy

Because our products may be configured for specific applications, our return policy is limited to damaged products and confirmed manufacturing defects.

Cancellation

  • Customers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their order on variabledcpowersupply.com within 24 hours of making the purchase.
  • Kindly note that a transaction fee will be applied if a refund is requested between 24 hours after placing the order and before delivery has been completed (4.5% for credit card users, 4.5% for PayPal users).
  • Cancellation of orders is not possible after 30 days from their dispatch.

Return

  • Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or have a confirmed manufacturing defect. We do not accept change-of-mind, ordering-error, or customized-product returns. After inspection, the remedy may be repair or replacement according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise. For confirmed manufacturing defects, please contact us before returning the product to receive return instructions.
  • Should your order have been dispatched and you decide to return it, please make sure to accept the delivery first. Then, contact our support team at [email protected] for instructions on how to proceed with the return. Be advised that rejecting the shipment may result in a double shipping fee being deducted from your refund.

Return Process

  • Once you get in touch, they will guide you on how to safely pack the products for return. Make sure to include all components in the package.

Refund

  • For approved defect claims, the remedy will be handled according to the applicable manufacturer warranty. A refund is not automatic and will be considered only where agreed in writing.
