Shipment Processing Time

  • After receiving your order, it generally takes us 3 business days to process it. For the United States region, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after the order is shipped. For regions outside the United States, the estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.
  • It’s important to remember that shipments do not occur on weekends or during public holidays. Should there be a significant increase in the volume of orders, there might be a slight delay in shipment. Please be prepared to wait a few extra days for your delivery. In the case of a major delay in shipping your order, you will be informed through email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • After your order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) will be sent to you. Usually, the tracking details are refreshed within 48 hours. Should there be no update on your tracking information after 10 business days, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

  • Please ensure that all shipping information you provide to us is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, delays, or other issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

Shipping Fee, Taxes and Import Duties

  • For all orders placed, there will be a $50 charge for shipping. Additionally, our shipping channel is the European Dedicated Line, and we will pre-collect value-added tax based on your destination country. The VAT rates are as follows: Germany – 21%, France – 22%, Italy – 24%, Spain – 23%, Poland – 27%, other countries – 30%.”
  • Upon arrival in your country, your order may incur import duties. These fees, if applicable, are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the customer.
