30V 100A adjustable DC power for high-current test benches
The eTM-30100C pairs a continuously adjustable 0–30V output with a current setting up to 100A. It is a high-current bench supply for low-voltage DC equipment and test fixtures, with encoder adjustment, voltage/current presets and optional RS232, RS485 or USB communication.
Set the output before powering the load
Preset voltage and current, then use the dedicated on/off button to enable the output. The four-digit LED display shows the operating values. Automatic CV/CC transition supports voltage-controlled operation and current limiting as the load changes.

Applications for the eTM-30100C
DC equipment and current-limit testing
Power DC assemblies that require substantial current at voltages up to 30V. Adjust the supply voltage to match each test point and set the current limit for the connected equipment. Include startup demand when sizing the test setup.
Cable and connector test fixtures
Use controlled DC current as the source in a cable or connector test fixture, with separate instruments measuring voltage drop and temperature. Match the cable, terminals and fixture to the intended current and duty cycle.
Remote fixtures and automated benches
High current makes output-lead resistance especially relevant. Optional SENSE compensation supports voltage sensing at the load connection, while an optional serial or USB interface connects the supply to a test computer.

eTM-30100C FAQs
Does a 100A power supply force 100A into my equipment?
No. In constant-voltage operation, the load draws the current it needs. The current setting acts as a limit; when that limit is reached, the supply transitions to constant-current operation. Set the limit to suit the equipment and use wiring rated for the intended current.
Are RS485 and USB included as standard?
Communication interfaces are optional. Choose RS232, RS485 or USB in the serial-port selector; the default selection is without these interfaces. Match the selected interface and command support to your test software.
When is the SENSE option useful?
SENSE compensation is useful when resistance in the output leads causes a voltage drop at the load. Select the SENSE option for load-side voltage sensing, and keep the power leads suitable for the operating current.
Does this model have low ripple and noise?
eTM-30100C includes low-noise, low-ripple output as a product feature. For a test with a specific ripple limit, compare the required measurement conditions with the product specification before selecting the configuration.
