150V Bench Power Supply Features
The 150V range spans several different bench requirements. The L1501 and L1503 linear families provide 1A and 3A ranges with five- or six-digit display choices. The eTM-1502MP combines a compact enclosure, output on/off control and three shortcut setting groups. For higher-current loads, the 1505 and 15010 families offer two- or four-knob controls.
Automatic CV/CC operation regulates the output according to the voltage setting, current limit and load. The L1503SP+ specification lists voltage ripple ≤1mVrms and voltage setting accuracy ±(0.03% of reading + 10mV) at 25±5°C. Compare those specifications separately from the number of displayed digits.
Choose a 150V Supply for Your Test
- Low-current tests and linear output: eTM-L1501SP covers 0–150V and 0–1A; eTM-L1503SP+ extends the current range to 3A and lists stored voltage/current sequences and Modbus/SCPI support. Choose according to current demand and the control sequence you need.
- A 120V, 2A bench load: eTM-1502MP is a compact 2A candidate. That load requires 240W. Its programmable serial-port options are separate from any front-panel USB charging feature.
- A 150V, 5A or 10A load: eTM-1505C and eTM-15010C are the respective current-range candidates. The working points require 750W and 1500W; select an input and continuous-output configuration that supports the required power.

Which 150V power supply should I buy for a 5A load?
eTM-1505C and eTM-1505 list 0–150V and 0–5A output. Their two- and four-knob controls differ. The L1503 family is limited to 3A and does not cover 5A.
Can a 150V variable supply run a 100V device?
Yes, the continuously adjustable 0–150V range covers 100V. Choose by current as well: a 100V, 3A load requires 300W, whereas a 100V, 10A load requires 1000W.
Which 150V model supports repeated programmed test steps?
eTM-L1503SP+ lists storage/recall of 100 voltage/current sets and Modbus/SCPI. The eTM-1502MP instead lists three shortcut setting groups. Select the supplied interface and command support for the required sequence.
Is a six-digit 150V display more accurate than a five-digit one?
Display resolution and output accuracy are separate. L1503SP+ lists 1mV/0.01mA display resolution; compare its setting accuracy and ripple with the five-digit candidate before choosing.
Can I use 110V mains for a 150V, 10A test?
eTM-15010C limits the 110–130V input option to output power ≤1200W. A 150V, 10A working point requires 1500W, so that option does not cover it. The L1503 linear pages separately list AC110V/220V toggle input.
Do the triple-output models give the same current on every channel?
eTM-DM-HHH lists three 150V/2A channels. Select it for separate channel requirements; do not assume a combined 6A single output or series/parallel operation without the relevant wiring specifications.
